First-Time Orders: If you purchase an item from a specific collection for the first time, such as an oversized T-shirt, you are eligible to return it if there is any size issue within 5 days.
Example: If you buy an oversized T-shirt and find that it doesn't fit as expected, you can return it for a different size within 5 days of receiving it. However, after this first return, we assume you will be aware of the sizing, and any subsequent purchases from the same collection will be non-returnable. This policy is designed to build trust and loyalty with our customers by ensuring your satisfaction with your initial purchase. - Returning an Item: To return an item, it must be intact and in unused condition. The hang tag should not be removed. Once the product is returned, it will undergo a quality check. If it passes, the refund will be initiated.
- Subsequent Orders: Additional items purchased from the same collection (after the first order) are not returnable.
- One-Time Return Policy: Each customer can return a product from any given collection only once. After returning an item from a particular collection, you cannot return any other items from that same collection.
- Size Recommendations: We strive to provide an accurate size chart. If this is your first time ordering from any collection and you're unsure about sizing, we recommend ordering just one item first to confirm your size.

Defective or Damaged Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, email us at ask@theswankstreet.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction.
- Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund the purchase amount.
- For replacements and refunds, please provide unboxing videos and pictures of the product clearly showing the defects, along with images of the original packaging, ensuring the hang tag is intact.
Exchange Policy
Note: Exchanges are not provided in general. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the product and placing a new order.
In worst-case scenarios, we reserve the right to suspend or stop the return and refund policy.
